Those who don’t experience anxiety or panic on a regular basis have no way to understand or relate to those of us who have/do. It is not something you can explain or turly share (and why would anyone want to share).
This collage is the beginning I feel… it is a visualization that may allow non-anxiety sufferers to get a slight sense or understanding of what goes on in an anxiety sufferers mind nearly all the time.
If you do relate… be encouraged it can get better… yes even A LOT better… don’t quit… don’t lose hope.
