When we allow anxiety to control our minds, hearts, feelings, emotions, relationships, career, dreams, visions and hopes it literally changes the entire path of our life.

Anxiety Sucks…

I know first hand how debilitating anxiety and stress can be. I know the feeling of wanting to do something but feeling completely incapable of doing it.

What amazes me to this day is how I used to think I needed a breakthrough from anxiety when in the end what made all the difference was small sustainable changes consistently being made. Overtime these tiny little changes snowballed and began melting away the anxiety and stress which had for decades held me captive.

Anxiety sucks… make a small change today…
